Welcome to Tucka BiltongAustralian Beef, made the South African wayWhere does Tucka get its meat? All our meat comes from Goodchild Meats in Hamilton Hill. The Goodchild family have been serving the area for a number of years. They use predominately Hereford and Angus breeds for their beef and it is all strictly grassed on lush pastures. Where does Tucka deliver to? We can post to any postal address in Australia, provided your full details are sent through on our order form as well as your postal address and postal code. How long will it take to arrive? This depends on whether we have stock and where you live. If we have sufficient stock we can dispatch your order in a few days. Your order may take anything between 1-10 days to arrive. Contact us via email or phone should you wish to check our stock levels. What’s the best way to store biltong? In a refrigerator, as biltong is sensitive to moisture. It could also be stored in a brown paper bag or wrapped in newspaper, however this will lead to it drying out further. Guidelines for storage:
What’s the best way to serve Biltong? It is best served at room temperature. It can be served as a snack, in a salad, with refreshments and in various recipes. You can slice it thin or in chunks. Tucka Biltong will slice it to your requirements on your order form. How do I re-order?
